Mercury Algorithmics
www.MercuryAlgo.com provides exhibits, white papers, links and other supporting matrerial for a long practice of Complex Event Processing, beginning with an apprentice ship in the experimental nuclear physics lab or Dr. Seaborg and Dr. Alvarez (both Nobel Prize winners) at the Super Heavy Ion Linear Accelerator of the University of California at Berkeley.
Complex Event Processing grew directly from the needs of high energy experimental physics; into the hunt for the key to human genomics; and then into hgh frequency trading, a journey I have taken in various roles. An apprenticeship as an experimental machinest at the SuperHILAC opened the doors to work with complex events including the first extra-terrestrial probes; medical physics; pharmaceutical and genomic discovery; and most recently in the software architecture for keeping option portfolio risk available and up to date for multiple markets and time zones.
